Shipping Policy

At Nidadate, we are dedicated to ensuring the proper delivery of your package within the advertised time frames. To achieve this, please ensure that your address is accurately entered and contains all relevant and necessary information. Accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable) are crucial for timely delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or inaccurately entered address information during purchase.

All orders are subject to processing time, which is separate from the shipment’s transit time.

Please note the following important details:

A. TRANSIT, PROCESSING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Order cut off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

Processing time: We require 5 – 7 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

Your order is anticipated to reach you within approximately 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the shipping date.

Although we work with various shipping partners, the ultimate delivery is typically managed through USPS.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated overall delivery time: 12-17 business days (Monday to Friday)

During high-demand periods like holidays, Christmas, and New Year, shipping times may be subject to delays, resulting in longer-than-usual delivery times.

B. SHIPPING COSTS

We are delighted to offer a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders within the USA.

C. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. However, once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellations are no longer accepted.

D. DELIVERY TERMS

We utilize Port Express for delivering our products.

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please be aware that once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need assistance with an address change, kindly contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

F. TRACKING

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that enables you to monitor its delivery status until it arrives at your specified location.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you happen to find a parcel damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and promptly get in touch with our customer service. In the event that the parcel is delivered in your absence, please contact customer service to determine the next steps.
