At Nidadate, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to providing you with a replacement or a full refund without the need to return the item. We take responsibility for any unsatisfactory shopping experience.

Returns Currently, we do not accept returns as all our items are made-to-order, and we do not hold inventory or stock.

If you need to make a correction on your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of placing your order. Once your order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellations are no longer possible.

Before placing an order, it is essential to carefully read the description of each item and refer to the sizing chart available for accurate size selection. Additionally, please ensure that you provide us with correct information before finalizing your order.

In the rare event that we sent you the wrong order, kindly inform us as soon as possible, and we will promptly re-send you the correct item. You do not need to return the item in case of our error; consider it as a gift from us.

Order Cancellation:

Since all our items are made-to-order, you can only cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will be sent to the fulfillment centers, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are pleased to offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, please provide photo proof within 30 days of delivery as shown by the tracking website and your order’s shipping label.

Late Delivery or Missing Order: In cases of late delivery or a missing order, we offer a 50% refund after 45 days of placing the order, and a full refund after 60 days of placing the order.

Please note that we typically do not accept refund requests due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping addresses.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable)

We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items within 30 days after delivery, as shown by the tracking website. To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with photo proof of the issue.

Once we approve the photo, we will promptly send you a replacement. There is no need to return the defective items to us.
